4. Disclaimer

Zococamino is responsible for organizing and providing the travel services described in each travel program.

However, Zococamino shall not be liable when circumstances arise due to force majeure, including extraordinary weather conditions or unforeseen events beyond the control of both Zococamino and its suppliers.

All Zococamino experiences include Travel Insurance, covering illness or accidents occurring during the trip. This insurance includes medical assistance, hospitalization, and access to Spain’s healthcare network.

Any incident occurring during a Zococamino experience shall be considered an accident. Zococamino shall not be liable for damages resulting from such incidents. Participants are informed in advance of the physical demands and risks associated with each experience and assume full responsibility for participating.

If a customer chooses not to be covered by the included Travel Insurance, Zococamino accepts no liability and reserves the right to deny participation for safety reasons.

5. Travel Registration

Booking a Zococamino experience requires payment of a deposit ranging between 30% and 100% of the total trip price.

The remaining balance must be paid by the customer before or during the trip to cover accommodation, transportation, meals, activities, and other contracted services.

Minor changes may occur due to supplier availability.

6. Travel Budget

The trip price includes only the services expressly described on the Website and in the travel program.

It does not include visas, vaccinations, flights, optional extras, or any service not specifically listed.

Price adjustments resulting from changes in external costs may be reflected in the final travel price.

The customer is responsible for paying any non-included expenses.

7. Documentation, Visas and Safety

Travelers are solely responsible for possessing valid passports, identity documents, visas, health certificates, insurance, and any other documentation required for entry into the destination country.

Failure to possess the necessary documentation resulting in cancellation or interruption of the trip shall be governed by the Force Majeure provisions.

8. Luggage

Passenger luggage is not covered under the land transportation contract and remains the traveler’s responsibility throughout the journey.

Zococamino accepts one piece of luggage per person, with a maximum weight of 20 kg, transported free of charge.

Any additional luggage storage arrangements are the responsibility of the traveler.

9. Force Majeure

Before or during the trip, Zococamino may modify services due to force majeure, especially when dependent upon independent suppliers.

Once reservations have been made, amounts already paid to suppliers may not be recoverable.

If a participant cannot travel due to external circumstances, only unused funds may be refunded.

Likewise, if external circumstances prevent certain services from being provided during the trip, reimbursement may not be possible.

No refunds will be issued for services voluntarily unused by the customer.

Force majeure includes extraordinary events such as natural disasters or political circumstances.

10. Refund Policy

Zococamino operates as a business and expects customers to understand and respect its refund policy.

Advance payment is required to secure reservations and maintain operational costs.

By purchasing our services, you agree to the following cancellation policy.

Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to:

Minimum Participants

The Eastern Europe by Bike and Northern Europe by Bike experiences require a minimum of six participants.

If this minimum is not reached, Zococamino reserves the right to cancel the departure while offering alternative options.

Chargebacks

Credit card information may be securely stored for payment processing purposes.

Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes may result in suspension of services and reimbursement of all chargeback-related costs charged to Zococamino.

This Agreement shall be governed exclusively by the laws of Spain.

The Courts of Madrid, Spain, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this Agreement or the services provided.

Customers are encouraged to contact Zococamino directly regarding any billing issue before initiating a dispute.

11. Political, Safety and Health Conditions

Travelers acknowledge that certain destinations may present political, health, or safety risks and that evacuation or medical assistance may not always be readily available.

Political and security recommendations are those issued by the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Health recommendations, vaccinations, and precautions are those issued by the Spanish Ministry of Health.

By participating in the trip, travelers acknowledge these conditions and release Zococamino from any liability arising from such circumstances.

12. Miscellaneous

Severability
